Oups! Please refresh the page. Windows errors galore.

I installed PML fresh with Bitnami's WAMP stack:
https://bitnami.com/stack/wamp for php5.6.30-4
I set up a vhost wildcard config:
[github gist]

But as of 1.7.14 you cannot create an unauthenticated account, if you attempt to use it will run the function "csrf_verify()" anyway and delivers the message "Oups! Please refresh the page!" even if it successfully identifies my PHP logs.

During install, it is unable to detect the settings:

Additionally, if the php error log file does not exist before continuing, it will assume failure even if it correctly identified the place where it will be.

Once I log in, it will rapidly refresh the page and continually add between 2-5 cookies, until I open up the cookie field and delete the *correct* PHPSESSIONID cookie. It is a very unpleasant experience. I am not sure if this has to do with the fact that PML is sharing its logs with the vhost combined log, but it is a wild ride.
