disable refresh doesn't work

disabling refresh by adding "refresh" : 0, to all of the files doesn't seem to remove the refresh option and users can still select it

Hello Henrik,
the refresh option is not aimed to disable the button in UI. When setting refresh to 0, the refresh feature is just not selected by default at launch, that’s all. Users then need to click on it to auto-refresh logs.
